Our Dog Toy Philosophy

Xander Dog Toys – “The Natural Way To Fly!” one the slogans we thought of is really appropriate. Xander Dog Toys are designed to FLY better than any other dog toy on the market. That statement will prove it’s self the first time you toss one for your dog. It actually takes less effort and skill to throw a Xander Dog Toy than it does to throw a Frisbee and less effort than a ball. The aerodynamic design acts similar to a Frisbee.

Our fetch-it Xander Dog Toys are made of all natural bovine leather shell as well as a safe filling. We do not use squeak devices inside mainly because we have found that our pets when playing with Xander Dog Toys did not need or “miss” them. A secondary reason is that we know from testing other toys that the dogs tend to chew them up to get at the squeaker and is harmful if swallowed…possibly getting lodged in their throat, an even better reason for not using them.

Kids love these pet toys also so you might find them playing with Xander fetch-it toys when your best friend isn’t looking. There were just two shapes originally; Hot Dogs and Hamburgers (a disc), but the hamburger "flew" to far and was hard for the dogs to pick up so the shape was changed to a soft sided triangle - the UFO.
